Orkses

1700 points against Dennis' Orks. All the games against Dennis are great; he knows the rules, but isn't a rules lawyer. He plays competitive, but not dirty. He likes to laugh, but doesn't screw around. Just the right balance all the way around. My formerly-conflict-bound list which is rife with Scatter Lasers did some great damage but, much to the betterment of the game, Dennis fought back pretty hard. The mission was a unique one; the terrain at the St Laurent Battle Bunker is quite good, and they have a bunch of very Ork-centric terrain. We basically put together an Ork "strip mall" on one side of the table, including two gun towers. The idea was that I had to bring the towers down and get victory points for them. I managed to bust one, but the other remained safe and sound. A good time was had by all and some great photos ensued.
