Again With The Klingons

Ok, it's not a Klingon ship of some kind. It's a Forgeworld Eldar Phoenix Bomber.

I measure the question of whether or not I should pick up a Forgeworld item the same way I decided if I should get a tattoo or my ears pierced: I give myself a lonnnnnng time to see if it keeps coming back to my head over and over. Basically, if you forget about wanting it, you probably didn't want it that much. Well, I've wanted this for about two years... so much so that I've felt myself reaching for my wallet more than once. Alas, I have resisted the urge (and smartly so, given the fact that it's not so cheap). A nice, healthy price break at the recent Games Day event in Toronto made it hard to resist. So I bought one.

You can probably guess the rest. I'll paint it up in my Iyanden colors and set it upon anyone who annoys me too much. One thing I really like (other than, oh, the whole thing) is the model Forgeworld used for Eldar pilots. I'm not sure if I love them or hate them, but I love that they're really different than the dumb models that GW uses for Eldar pilots.

It's also missing a Bright Lance but, seriously? Who cares. I have about 50 of them anyhow.

Obviously there will be more about this thing before too much time goes by. Stay tuned.

Amazing. Tell me how your games go with it. : D
Just make sure you don't spend all your points on it...like using a 650 point superheavy in 2000 points...with minimal troops.

Ok. I will bear that in mind.
